Business profile
Your business registration number. Enables B2B VAT invoicing and Danish e-invoicing. Leave blank if you don't have one; clear it to remove.
Changing this updates how income totals are displayed. Existing invoices and payment records are not converted.
Nordic omits the sender block (it's already in the header) — common on Danish and minimal templates.

How you get paid

Two ways your clients can pay you. They work differently — pick what suits you.

Bank transfer / MobilePay

Add your account details. They appear on every invoice you send. When a client pays, you mark the invoice as paid yourself.

Pay online by card / MobilePay Coming soon

Connect Stripe to add a one-click payment link to your invoices — they update to Paid automatically when your client pays. Coming soon.

Language

The language used across the PennaSystems app.

Payment reminders

Automatic reminder emails to your client, timed around each invoice's due date — negative numbers are days before due, positive are days overdue. You're notified each time one goes out. Reminders that fall before an invoice was sent are skipped automatically.

Where messages to your clients are delivered. Email is always on — it's the reliable fallback. Turn on Telegram to let clients who link their Telegram receive your messages there; you choose the channel per conversation in Messages.

    Delete account

    Schedules your account and all data for deletion. You have a 30-day window to restore your account. After 30 days, all data — including your invoices, contacts and uploaded files — is permanently erased.

    Under Danish Bogføringsloven § 12 you are required to retain your bookkeeping records for 5 years. As the data controller for your invoice data, you must download and store a copy before deletion — we do not retain a copy on your behalf.

    Delete your account

    This will schedule your account for permanent deletion in 30 days. The following data will be permanently erased:

    • All invoices, line items and payment status records
    • All contacts, conversations and messages
    • All uploaded files (deliverables, attachments)
    • Bookings, contracts, time entries and portfolio items
    • Your business profile, settings and notifications

    Danish Bogføringsloven § 12 — your responsibility

    You are the data controller for your invoice records (GDPR Art. 28). Danish law requires you to retain bookkeeping records for 5 years from the end of the financial year. PennaSystems processes this data on your behalf and erases it on your request — we do not retain a copy for you. Download your data first and store it in your own bookkeeping system.

    AI & Privacy

    Control which AI features can process your data. These settings apply to your account. Per-contact overrides are available inside each contact's workspace.

    All AI features use Claude (Anthropic). Data sent to Claude is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. PennaSystems does not use your data to train AI models.

    EU One Stop Shop (OSS) registration

    If you sell digital services to consumers in other EU countries and your cross-border B2C revenue exceeds €10,000 per calendar year, you must register for EU OSS VAT. Register at SKAT →
